1. Who We Are

Indiefy is an indie SaaS platform operated by Remi Buchaillat. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at remibuchaillat@trya.fr.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data: your email address and name when you sign in via GitHub or Google (provided by your OAuth provider); startup data you enter manually (revenue, expenses, goals, milestones); and payment information processed by Stripe (we never see your card details).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate Indiefy: display your dashboard, process payments, and send transactional emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie set by Supabase to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not track you across other websites.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy. No analytics or tracking tools are used.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently and immediately deleted.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at remibuchaillat@trya.fr.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Indiefy after changes constitutes acceptance.
