By accessing or using Indiefy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Indiefy is a platform for indie hackers to track their startups, revenue, expenses, goals, and milestones. We offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan with additional features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Indiefy to post false or fraudulent content, violate any applicable laws, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or scrape and extract data without permission.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Pro plan subscriptions are billed annually. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 7 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Indiefy. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display it on the platform. The Indiefy name, logo, and codebase are our property.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Indiefy, you agree to our data practices.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
9. Disclaimers
Indiefy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indiefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Indiefy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
